You even getyour birthday off in addition to 32 days holiday a year (including Bank Holidays).The post-moulding operation requires continuous stacking onto pallets, fabrication and printing labels, use of a wrapping machine, transporting with a pump truck, and own quality checking.No particular skills are required other than good English communication skills, both verbal and written.Please note, this role will involve manual work.You must be able to work the following shifts Monday to Friday, rotating between each one weekly, and be able to commit to overtime:0600-1400, 2200-0600, 1400-2200We pay an extra 10% guaranteed all year round, in exchange for 104 mandatory overtime hours per year. This amounts to an extra £2,252 per year / £21.65 per hour. Some of this overtime may occur during the weekend.In summary, the hourly rate is just under £12 per hour, made up of £10.83 basic pay plus the 10% which is £1.08 extra guaranteed all year.
