Slimming World is the UKs leading weight management organisation, helping members lose weight in our community-based groups around the UK and Ireland and online through our digital programme.About the team...Our Partnerships Contact team, based at our Head Office in Alfreton, is responsible for providing an excellent customer experience to members and potential members who come to us via our Slimming World on Referral service. Slimming World on Referral is along-established partnership between health professionals and Slimming World, providing patients with weight loss management support through our groups.We provide a telephone advice service, offering a warm, friendly, and caring welcome to Slimming World; providing up to date information about Slimming worlds unique service, and applying our bespoke eligibility criteria accurately to each referral.About the role...Were looking for an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to play a key role, working hands-on alongside their Team Manager to lead, guide and support a dedicated team of around five phone advisors. Supporting team performance and development withregular feedback and coaching, the Team Partner will hold regular one to one meetings and annual reviews with their team members to encourage and equip them to deliver the highest level of customer service, as well as supporting their personal growth and development.The successful candidate will also work alongside the team to respond effectively and efficiently to referral calls on a timely basis, ensuring the delivery of our high standards and exceptional service.The Team Partner will have additional responsibilities including: data collection and reporting, rota planning, and supervising the wider team to ensure there the department runs smoothly in the absenceof the Team Manager; as well as other specialist projectsand responsibilities.About youWed love to hear from you if youve:
