Reed are supporting an engineering tech company with offices based in Clifton, Bristol, recruiting for a Office Assistant on a part time, permanent basis.Due to continued growth, we’re now looking to expand to the Administration team.We’re looking for someone to work either 4 or 5 days, ideally 3-4 hours per day, flexible on this but would like 15-20 hours worked per week.Salary: £12,000 - £15,000 (£25,000 full time equivalent)Duties:Organise weekly refreshments (Fruit-box, snacks, coffee, water and etc) and organising occasional company lunchesArranging shipping and delivery of parcelsManaging office related correspondences (e.g. communicating with the landlord and agent)Organising the office layoutDealing with the office cleanersPreparing office equipment inventorySorting out MOT, insurance and service for the company’s carArranging contractors for services and repairs, e.g., broadband, locksmith and etc.Booking transport (flight, train or bus tickets) and accommodationMaintaining supplies of stationery and ordering IT equipmentAssisting the administration and engineering teamAbout you:Responsibility, reliability and discretionExcellent organisational and time-management skillsStrong IT skills and be confident in using a range of essential software including spreadsheets, emails, office tools etc.Strong communication skills and collaborative attitude, openness to work in an intercultural environmentAbility to manage the workload and prioritise tasksProblem solving skills and attention to detailsBenefits:28 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata’d if you work 4 days per week)Contributory pension - 3% contribution from the employer and a 5% contribution from the employee as salary sacrificePrivate medical insuranceHealth cash planBiweekly team lunch
