This award-winning company prides itself in being an expert in several sectors: Civic, Commercial, Education,Retail, Healthcare, Residential, Technology, and Innovation.As an Associate Architect, you will be expected to manage client relationships as it is a key aspect of this job role, as well as working with senior experts to design projects, developing your skills from concept design to delivery. In order to provide thatsupport, you will need to be technically competent and fully conversant with Revit. It is desirable that you have experience within the Later Living/Care sector while working at Level 2 BIM.The Ideal Candidate Will Have: * A desire to create and deliver great buildings.* Experience working as an Architect in the public and private sectors.* Previous ability on delivering projects.* Keen interest in the retail sector.* Capable to multi-task - working on multiple projects, running concurrently.* Excellent drawing and presentation skills and the ability to confidently express ideas.* Able to provide professional assistance to design and construction teams when needed.* Minimum of 10 years PQE.The Role: (Associate Architect) - Bristol* Qualified Architect* Running multiple/complex projects from inception to completion - Later-Living Care sector!* Lead presentations and engagement with clients.* Lead role - project brief, initial proposals and detail design (with a small team).* Revit and AutoCAD.* Interpersonal skills beneficial.* Show experience in organising technical information - preparing drawings, plans and documents.* Proven track record of designing and delivering projects.* Managing fees/invoicing.* Team leader.* Technical detailing.* Design stage risk assessment.The salary for this position is £40,000 - £55,000+Benefits of this Practice: * Future opportunity to own the business through their employee-share ownership.* A friendly, caring, and open company culture.* A contemporary working environment in an excellent location.* A comprehensive benefit bundle.How to apply Contact Curtis Hunter at Konker Recruitment or apply directly through our website.REF: 598346
