Job Description

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience of working as an Administrator within a wealth business is advantageous Alternatively, knowledge of pensions, investments, and protection products Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Able to deliver accurate work XPLAN experience would be desirable Keen to develop a career within Financial Services

Role:A global wealth management company, with branches across the UK, have a requirement for an experienced, ambitious IFA Administrator, based in Teesside. Working full-time from their modern offices, this is the ideal opportunity to work alongside and learnfrom talented and successful individuals, who will fully support your knowledge and career development.Ideally, youll have some understanding of pensions and investments and be keen to study for CII DipPFS, with progression into Paraplanning and possibly Advising, if desired. Responsibilities will include: Acting as a point of contact for the client in the absence of an Adviser, and dealing with client queries Book all client meetings, including annual review meetings Meet and greet all clients Open post daily Prepare meeting packs Process new and existing business for pensions, investments, and protection Process fund switches online or via postal applications Liaise with and submit all forms and letters of instruction to product providers Update and maintain the back-office system, XPlan Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of company policies and proceduresQualifications:
  • Not essential however, some industry qualifications would be desirable (R01 or R05)
