£28,718 - £33,687 + annual bonus + on call 1 in 6 £207 a weekAre you a Maintenance Technician / Engineer with an Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) bias Have you worked in a production engineering / plant environment, with experience of process control and measurement equipmentWith innovation and new technology, we can create a greener future. Be part of a team thats building new solutions for our planet.What will I be doingWell look to you to provide planned and reactive maintenance for all electrical and instrumentation areas of our plant. That means making sure plant installations and modifications meet the latest wiring standards and regulatory requirements. At the sametime, youll be a valued member of the team, supporting colleagues across different functions. Our junior staff will look to you for guidance and supervision, as will contractors. Please note that this role forms part of a 24-hour call-out rota, covering plantbreakdowns outside normal working hours.What are the requirementsTo join us in this key role, youll have previous experience with Industrial electrical systems and Process Measurement & Control. Youll have learned about these areas through an Engineering Apprenticeship or similar and a previous maintenance engineeringrole, based in a process, steam raising or heavy engineering environment. Thanks to this background, youll be qualified to at least City & Guilds/NVQ level 3. The ability to use Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). While it is not essential, itwould be advantageous if you had familiarity with the following: BS 7671: 2008 17th edition wiring regulations, Experience in DCS/SCADA systems, PLC Programming and Networks, C&G2394/5,Health & Safety qualification (e.g. IOSH), but if not training will beprovided.Who we areSUEZ recycling and recovery UK is a forward-thinking company recognised as one of the top places in the UK to work.
