Job Description

Talent-UK are recruiting on behalf of their client a well-established manufacturing company based in Clayton West - HD8 area of Huddersfield for a customer service/sales support administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.This is a varied role supporting both UK and International customers

Administration including updating spreadsheets in excel
Collating range reviews in excel, word, power point
Contacting Customers to discuss any orders/queries, checking in to see if they need a top up order or appointment.
Sending emails to customers, sending brochures and prices.
Processing some orders on the trade portal
General admin duties for the sales team

Skills required.

Excellent, confident telephone manner
Good communication skills
Attention to detail
Proficient on Excel and Word
Power point understanding an advantage
Strong IT skills are also essential and an excellent team player
