Job Description

Line Manager required for our client who are a growing, successful textiles business.This role will report into the Factory Manager, you will have responsibility for a key line in the businesss manufacturing facility. Leading a small team you will be responsible for the delivery of hitting production targets whilst maintaining quality levels.The company are growing quickly, have ambitious plans and have invested heavily in the existing site over the past 3 years. They have a solid order book and pride in manufacturing quality products.This position will mainly be working on Day shifts for most of the year but may split onto a double days shift pattern at busy periods. Overtime is available and will be paid at an enhanced rate and an attractive starting salary can be offered for the right candidate.To apply for the role you must have supervisory or managerial experience within a textiles environment.
