Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Hand Enclosing Operator to join our busy production team at Adare SEC!You will need to ensure all items are enclosed and produced to Adares specification.Responsibilities:

Receive job sample from Capture/ Spread Sheet demonstrating how the eventual contents of the envelope need to be folded.
To operate within both Short Run area, PreKitting, and Pins area if required.
Receive menu of what to fold into envelope and in what order
Match the names with job numbers accurately
Follow procedures as stated in the Short Run Information Booklet.
Mail sort by the appropriate despatch and postage type
Work alongside external maintenance sub-contractors when required
Order consumables/stock from Stores
To understand and practice your responsibilities for the use of the Capture system at all times
Flexibility to work within other Mailing Departments

Requirements:

Experience in a similar role would be desirable but full training will be given
