This is a great opportunity to join an amazing team.Responsibilities:- Manage the successful implementation of BAU Products and simple on-boarding activity- Manage change for BAU customers- Manage the timely, effective and seamless handover of newly on-boarded activity into BAU- Support the Ops Readiness Lead in the ownership, specification and evolution of BAU products, including sales support.- Build effective relationships with customer contacts- Actively participate in activities to support the Sales and Business Development team(s) to achieve and maximise Sales and Profit targets- Manage customer jobs through the business, providing accurate and timely job instructions to all departments, agreeing schedules and monitoring job progress.- Understand and evaluate production timings/requirements in order that all job deadlines are met.- Ensure invoicing for allocated accounts is accurate and submitted within agreed timescales- Ensure the provision of accurate and timely sales forecasting information- Generation of customer MI reports- Provide first line support to the customer for the successful resolution of issues, providing appropriate/timely updates to the customer- Ensure effective stock management and replenishment for allocated accounts- Provide effective backup support for allocated accounts.- Compile and maintain account handling manuals- To fully understand and work within the boundaries of agreed procedures- To fully understand and make efficient and effective use of internal systems.About you:- Experience of effectively managing change- Experience of managing new customer on-boardingNo agencies...thank you.You may have experience of the following: Ops Readiness Coordinator, Client Services Coordinator, Client Services Executive, Client Services, Customer Service Coordinator, Change Management, Onboarding Coordinator, Onboarding, etc.Ref: 95906
