Product Development Manager – Clay Cross - £35,000 / £45,000 Depending on ExperienceChase & Holland are excited to be working with an Award Winning, innovative business who are currently going through a strong period of growth and are looking to recruit an experienced Product Development Manager to join their team.As the Product Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the product development process from ideation to launch.The business boasts a long heritage in the design and manufacturing of world class products and this role will be focal in the continuation of the success of the business.In Return You’ll Receive:

Product Development Manager Responsibilities:

Defining product specifications, managing project timelines and resources, conducting market research, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and align with business goals
Manage project timelines, costs, and resources to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products
Monitor product performance and customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality materials and components are used in product development
Communicate product updates and changes to internal and external stakeholders
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the product development process
Manage and prioritize the product development pipeline to ensure a steady flow of new products
Take ownership of the product critical path management

Hours: Full-time, Monday to FridayRequired Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in product development from concept to launch
Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards
Strong analytical and research skills
Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
In-depth knowledge of market trends and competitive analysis
