Junior Tent Developer – Clay Cross - £28,000 / £32,000Chase & Holland are excited to be working with an Award Winning, innovative business who are currently going through a strong period of growth and are looking to recruit a Junior Tent Developer to join their team to focus on developing Tent and Accessoriesproducts for the business.This role which comes with a full training & development plan, will develop the successful candidate to be a Tent Development Manager over time. Junior Tent Developer Responsibilities:

Assist in the design and development of tent prototypes under the guidance of senior team members
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand market trends and customer needs
Contribute ideas for improving tent functionality, durability, and overall design
Participate in testing procedures to ensure tents meet quality standards
Learn the fabric technology to progress into the technical aspects of tents design

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday 8:30pm – 5pm (Flex)Required Skills & Experience:

Genuine passion for outdoor activities and camping
Eagerness to learn and contribute to the entire tent development process
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Computer literacy skills
