Freelance Site Manager required for £13 Million new build starter trade industrial units based in the town centre. As the site manager you will responsible from inception of the scheme to deliver the programme on time and within budget assisting and underthe direction of the Project Manager, the project itself will be portal steel frame units with groundworks, 278 works and associated services. You as the Site Manager will be reporting into the Project Manager and managing and supervision and control of subcontractorpackages, QA and dealing with community liaison.As the Site Manager it will be a mandatory requirement to hold current in date CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid certificates, ideally holding Temporary Works.
