As a founding member of the Rapid Group, they have exceptional buying power and have built solidpartnerships with many leading suppliers in the automotive industry.The Head of Finance will report to the Owner and must be able to bring additional technical and commercial bandwidth to the Senior Management Team whilst also retaining a very hands-on familiarity with the financial detail of the company.You must ensure the financial systems, in this high-volume transactional environment, are robust and your meaningful analysis of the numbers will allow for more effective partnering across all levels of the business.This role will have a direct impact on the bottom line by increasing internal efficiencies and facilitating a rapid and rigorous assessment of opportunities for profitable growth.The successful candidate will have a broad but stable background with experience in a fast moving, multi-site operation.
