The successful applicants will have a real opportunity to work as part of a team, who will improve the outcomes of children and young people by providing safe, stable and lovinghomes for them to live and thrive in.You will make a difference by:- Demonstrating experience ofsupporting Young People to achieve positive outcomes.- Knowledge ofleading shifts and supervising staff.- Link working with young people (managing paperwork and files).- Being knowledgeableand responsible for the safeguarding of young people.What you will need:- Level 3 qualification (e.g. Diploma in Residential Childcare).- Experience of working in a residential home for children.- An understanding of attachment theory and impact of adverse childhood experiences on the development and behaviour of children and young people.The way we workWe work to make sure every child and young person has the love, support and opportunity they need to reach their potential.
