Working Foreman / Supervisor (Groundworks) Chislehurst, Kent£170 - £190 Per dayHere at Howells Contracts we are working with a Construction company to recruit a proactive and experienced foreman / supervisor to look after a site in Chislehurst, working on a new build project. The works include the managing groundworkers and carpenters on site.As the working Foreman / Supervisor, you will supervise and manage the contractors undertaking works, ensuring the works are completed in a safe and efficient manner within stated timescales. You will be responsible for management of sub-contractors, inspecting properties pre and post works, taking progress meetings and overseeing the day to day delivery of the programme. This is a hands-on role where you will be delivering the project alongside the Project Manager from start to finish.You will also hold relevant qualifications including:
