Job Description

My client is a highly reputable not-for-profit organisation that has been established for over 30 years. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a home which puts its residents and staff first, with consistently good CQC ratings.Key Responsibilities of a Deputy Manager:

Overall day to day running of the care home.
Ensuring the highest standard of care
Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries
Liaise with outside Healthcare professionals regarding care.
Assist with CQC and company policies
Promote a caring environment for residents through high standards of professional practice.

Deputy Manager Requirements:

At least 2 years experience as a Deputy Manager
Experience in leading a team in the absence of the Home Manager
Knowledge and skills of elderly and dementia care.
Willingness to participate in on-call duties
