With a passionate team and a focus on individualisedcare, they are committed to fostering the development of every child in theircare.They are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our team. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in creating a warm and engaging environment, delivering high-quality care and education to the learners.The position is available for an immediate start or in the coming months.Responsibilities:

Promote a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can explore, learn, and develop their skills through age-appropriate activities.
Plan and deliver engaging and creative activities that support childrens physical, intellectual, emotional, and social development.
Foster positive relationships with children, parents/guardians, and other staff members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Observe and assess childrens progress, keeping accurate records and providing feedback to parents/guardians on their childs development.
Support children with personal care routines, including feeding, diaper changing, and maintaining good hygiene practices.
Monitor and ensure the well-being of children, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and following established policies and procedures.
Actively engage in professional development opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills in early childhood education.

Qualifications and Skills:

Hold a recognized Level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
Previous experience working as a Nursery Practitioner or in a similar role is desirable.
Sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and its application in an early years setting.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues.
Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
