The Role: Working individually and as part of a team to achieve and exceed our clients expectations of restoring/repairing their beloved Mulberry items, whilst adhering tothe advised turnaround times. Conducting and completing client repairs whilst ensuring the highest quality standards are achieved and production efficiency is maintained. Duties & Responsibilities: - Follow instruction and monitor work practices to ensure that our products are refurbished to the agreed specifications. - Adhere to quality procedures following our strict quality guidelines. - Operateequipment and machinery in a responsible manner, in line with the Health & Safety policy. - Scan work in and out of appropriate work zones. - Maintain a clean and safe work environment. - Carry out specific production duties as and when required. - Be willingand able to be trained in all skills that are required to repair all products. - Be willing to assist in other areas of the department. - Adhere to the targets of repair turnaround times. - Work alongside the Administrative team of the Lifetime Service Centre.Brand: - Embrace and demonstrate the Mulberry values and behaviours. - Act as an ambassador for the Mulberry brand and exhibits passion in all aspects of the role. - Positively communicates about the Brand at all times. Team: - Participate in team meetings.- Work collaboratively with all key stakeholders.
