Job Description

The Role: Working individually and as part of a team to achieve and exceed our clients expectations of restoring/repairing their beloved Mulberry items, whilst adhering tothe advised turnaround times. Conducting and completing client repairs whilst ensuring the highest quality standards are achieved and production efficiency is maintained. You will epitomise Mulberry by living the values, Sustainability is at the heart of theLifetime Service Centre. Duties & Responsibilities: - Follow instruction and monitor work practices to ensure that our products are refurbished to the agreed specifications. - Adhere to quality procedures following our strict quality guidelines. - Operateequipment and machinery in a responsible manner, in line with the Health & Safety policy. - Scan work in and out of appropriate work zones. - Maintain a clean and safe work environment. - Carry out specific production duties as and when required. - Be willingand able to be trained in all skills that are required to repair all products. - Be willing to assist in other areas of the department. - Adhere to the targets of repair turnaround times. - Work alongside the Administrative team of the Lifetime Service Centre.Brand: - Embrace and demonstrate the Mulberry values and behaviours. - Act as an ambassador for the Mulberry brand and exhibits passion in all aspects of the role. - Positively communicates about the Brand at all times. Team: - Participate in team meetings.- Work collaboratively with all key stakeholders. Skills & Experience Required: - Excellent collaborator. - Good eye for detail. - Be flexible and willing to help in any area of the Repairs Centre. - Be reactive and positive to change. - Bring strong innovativeand creative thinking to the role. - Strong communication skills.
