Job Description

Our client are an established, industry leading business currently looking to recruit X2 Warehouse Administrators to join their business.Overall Purpose:

  • The Warehouse Administrator is to provide consistent, accurate and prompt administrative functions, as trained, whether it is reporting, analysing, raising orders, imports planning or providing support to the customer or within the logistics function.
Key Duties:
  • Liaise with the Customer on Container traffic coming into the business, receiving EDI information and preparing containers for booking into BaaN in advance of arrival.
  • Preparing reports to feed into daily meetings.
  • Provide information to the customer in a timely manner on outstanding parts delivery to Production.
  • Provide support to Production when additional parts are required to support the build.
  • Provide support to Production by raising orders to support the issuance of Paints and Oils.
  • Provide monthly data to the customer on all Paints and Oils supplied.
  • Provide daily information to the customer on all additional parts requests raised.
  • Analyse stock misalignments between the Warehouse Management System and the BaaN system, feed information to the appropriate personnel and resolve.
  • Analyse monthly inventory information provided by companys Offsite Storage provider and compare to stock levels on BaaN, investigate any anomalies and resolve.
  • Support cycle count team as necessary.
  • Update Month End Sales report status and distribute to internal customers.
  • Analyse historical outstanding Parts to Issue and Planned Return to Stock items and clear where possible.
  • Support Systems & Process team as necessary.
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Knowledge of working within a warehouse environment is essential.
  • Experience of working with databases and or MRP systems is essential.
  • Proficient with Microsoft packages is essential including Excel formulas and pivot tables.
  • Experience of working in an Administration role is essential.
The Package:
  • £24,444 per annum.
  • Day shift office hours, 07.45 - 16.45 Monday to Thursday & 07.30 - 12.30 Friday.
  • Pension scheme.
  • Holiday package.
