Toolmaker (Deburring, Burnishing, Chamfering)£28,000 - £32,000 +Overtime +Training + Bonus + Progression + Bonus + Healthcare + 25 Days Holiday Chessington, Surrey An Excellent role on offer for a Toolmaker to join an world leading and advanced manufacturing company working on high precision and technically advanced projects. Are you an apprentice trained engineer with a range of Toolmaker skills Are you looking to join a world leading manufacturing company where you will work on and technically complex projects This world leading manufacturing company produce bespoke, technically advanced equipment and have a range of blue chip clients within the oil and gas sector. Having recently been awarded some large scale projects they are doubling manufacturing output over the next 4 years and are looking to grow head count to meet continued growth demands. This is a business that prides themselves on having a level of technical superiority, their tooling they explain is second to none. In this role you will be directly involved in the manufacture of tooling products, and BTA drills. You will assemble tools to customer requires, grind and re-tip tools and conduct tasks including deburring, burnishing and chamfering. Working with bespoke projects specific to each customer you will need to be able to read engineering drawings and work to tight tolerances. This role would suit an apprentice trained mechanical engineer or Toolmaker looking to join a world leading company, to work on technically advanced projects, to continue to learn and develop further while implementing new methodologies for a department. The Role: · Toolmaking deburring, burnishing, chamfering, re tipping · High precision tools · Technically advanced projects for the oil and gas sector · 07.00 - 16.00hrs Monday to Thursday - 12.00 finish Friday The Person: · Apprentice Trained Mechanical Engineer or Toolmaker · Range of industrial backgrounds considered · Manual / CNC experience · Looking to work on high precision equipment and for a world leading manufacturing company.
