Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join our client on an immediate Fixed Term Contract until end of May 2024!This is a fantastic opportunity with great benefits including onsite parking and hybridremote workingThe ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining personnel records, updating internal databases, and assisting with the hiring process. You will also be responsible for preparing various HR documents, including new hire guides, employment contracts,compensation lists, and more. Additionally, you will be required to review, revise, and update company policies.

  • Managing HR inbox, triaging all queries appropriately andin line with agreed SLAs
  • Provides first level employee relations advice, including maternity rights, holiday entitlements; sickness and absence management and flexible working requests.
  • Provides a defined range of generalist administrative services to the HR team, and ad hoc administrative support as agreed by the HR Team Leader, including reference requests, filing, raising POs, password resets for HR systems, data queries
  • Responsible for all data entry into the HR System, maintaining the accuracy of the HR database in a timely manner and ensuring all HR processes are compliant
Person Specification
  • Experience using HR systems,preferably experience with Resource Link and Workday OR Service Now
  • Previous experience working in a Shared Service would be beneficial
  • A good understanding of pay, benefits and HR policies and procedures
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Highly organised
  • Excellent administration skills including a high level of accuracy
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel and all other packages)
