Our client based in Chessington is looking to recruit a Supply Chain Coordinator to join their team.Key Responsibilities as a Supply Chain Coordinator:
  • Manage the full Purchase order cycle
  • Raise Purchase orders and liaise with suppliers ensuring all completed within agreed SLA
  • Ensures all Purchase orders details are accurately recorded and tracked
  • Ensures ETAs and tracking numbers are up to date
  • Manage communication post-delivery with the couriers to ensure all commodity codes are correct. Manage sales teams’ stock allocations
  • Manage order book process ensuring stock is delivered as planned highlighting and proactively taking action to mitigate risk
  • Analyse supplier performance with regards to OTIF and GID
  • Contact person for the warehouse and sales team
  • Managing and updating daily hours and priority report to support warehouse planning
  • Managing and updating the stock due to be delivered and stock in the building report for the sales team
  • Cross reference intake rules data and determine suitability of stock
  • Provide Provision and rebate information to finance on monthly basis
  • Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Admin support to both Purchasing and Recovery departments
  • Pricing template management - Recovery team
  • Data file and CRM admin task to make sure all information is correct
  • Trackers management - Auction tracker + recovery tracker + Master tracker update
  • Creating purchasing packs and working with the finance team to make sure suppliers are paid in time
