Job Description

After a successful launch of the TravisMathew brand in Europe we are now embarking on our next stage of high growth throughout the region. This role will play an integral part of this highly exciting journey.In this role, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for proactively supporting and servicing the TravisMathew European sales business (both direct customers and key distributors across the EMEA region) to deliver outstanding levels of customerservice and communication. You will develop and maintain a strong, mutually beneficial working relationship with distributors and customers, build long term rapport with customers; develop a good understanding of their business and the specific requirementsof each market. You will also be responsible for accurately receiving, acknowledging, processing, monitoring, consolidating and shipping customer and distributor orders using appropriate sales programmes. You will be required to accurately prepare commercialinvoices to accompany shipments as well as liaise with our Distribution Centre and freight forwarders to consolidate distributor shipments, maximise efficiencies for the distribution centre, minimise freight costs for the distributor and maximise sales forTravisMathew. An important part of the role will be to provide relevant feedback to the Sales Managers and Marketing department and escalate and advise management of issues that may affect the business.TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)Required:

  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - must listen well and be able to adapt communication style to audience.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Well-developed planning and organisational skills - must be able to prioritise, meet deadlines and follow through on tasks.
  • Articulate, confident and enthusiastic with a passion for service.
  • Team player with calm and professional approach.
  • Strong ability to take own initiative.
  • Able to multi task.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and able to quickly learn new computer systems and use them efficiently.
Preferred:
  • Knowledge of SAP.
  • A second European language.
  • Previous experience in working with a premium brand.
  • Experience in working with premium high street and online retailers.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum 2 years administrative and customer service experience ideally within retail.
  • Required: Maths & English GCSE - grade C/4 or higher or equivalent level.
  • Preferred: Maths and English A Level - grade C or higher or equivalent level.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORK ENVIRONMENT
  • Continuous work on VDU and telephone.
