Job Title:Protection Insurance Sales Agent (inbound)Salary:£30,000 - £32,000 OTE £60KLocation: TraffordJob Purpose:This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced telesales advisor to join an established team responsible for selling a range of protection insurance products. You will establish customer needs and sell suitable products to meet those needs ensuring theright customer outcome is achieved.Responsibilities:

To convert client enquiries to policies for prospective clients over the phone

To generate business equal to or in excess of monthly targetTo provide every client with an exceptional customer service level and ensure TCF and best customer outcome is achievedTo use all data to maximise salesTo provide the client with the best possible adviceTo ensure the client provides all relevant documentation and is chased up for this where requiredTo work and administer workflows, diaries and chase calls within required timescalesTo ensure maximum revenue is collected by the businessTo deal with all clients in a positive and professional mannerTo give feedback / ideas on how processes can be improved / made more efficientTo act in a professional manner and deliver excellent customer service at all timesDeal with any client queries as requiredTo ensure computer records are kept up to dateTo undertake any other duties that fall within the scope of this jobSkills:
