Job Description

Landscaping Sales and Design ManagerAn exciting position has become available for a full time Landscaping Sales Manager to join a friendly team based in Cheshire, SK7 2JQ. The salary is £40,000 per year, this is not a commission-based role. If you are an experienced landscaper and are looking to make a move away from being “on the tools” then this is a perfect opportunity to grow your career and join a fantastic company.Role Requirements

  • Proven experience the landscaping industry dealing with high end domestic projects.
  • 15 Years of landscaping experience
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • A professional persona
  • Excellent knowledge of landscaping products and techniques
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good level of computer literacy
  • Good knowledge of CAD (ideally Vectorworks) for producing simple garden plans
    • Role Responsibilities
  • Assisting the Managing Director in meeting prospective clients, surveying and producing accurate and technical quotations
  • Working from plans to produce detailed Schedules of work and Bill of Materials
  • Constant assessment of pricing structures to ensure profitability
  • Working with the design and project managers to ensure that the delivery of the projects meets the exacting standards required
