Job Description

Financial Controller

The RoleWe are seeking a hands-on Financial Controller for an independent boutique hotel group in the Cheshire region of the UK. The Financial Controller will be supporting the Managing Director in all areas.The Financial Controller will have responsibility for the day to day management of the team, timely reporting of management information & KPIs. This role will work closely with procurement, IT and the rest of the operation, to ensure that the business maximiseprofits and minimise risks. This role will provide cash flow information, external reporting and lead the budgeting and forecasting process.Candidate Profile:
  • The successful candidate will be ideally a professionally qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA) with knowledge of Xero.
  • Experience of working within luxury hotels or Private Members Clubs is desirable
  • Razor-sharp attention to detail and organisational skills
