Job Description

Class 1 DriverLow LoaderCheshireDays45 Hours per WeekBasic rate: £12.00-£13.00 per hourOvertime Rate: 1.5 X Basic RateCompetitive Pension and HolidaysImmediate startsAspion are actively looking for experienced class 1 drivers on behalf of a Waste Disposal, Recycling business based in Trafford Park.The Role

  • Driving a HGV Class 1- Low loader (Delivering and Collecting Plant)
  • Permanent contract from day one.
  • Minimum of 45 hours per week
  • Occasional Nights out (25.00 night out payment)
  • Competitive rates of pay
  • Overtime before 0600 and after 1900.
  • Handing over Plant (Shredders & Screeners)
    • The Candidate
  • Must hold a valid CPC qualification
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience
  • Aged Over 25 & and a maximum of 6 Endorsements on licence (for insurance purposes)
  • Must offer flexibility
  • Valid CPC Qualification is essential- this will be paid for (upon renewal)
  • Reliability and good customer service skills are essential
  • Must have recent experience moving heavy machinery via a low loader (deliveries & Collections)
