The City & Capital recruitment team are currently representing an ambitious and well respected property finance brokerage who have retained our services in order to identify talented and suitably qualified individuals to join either their residential mortgage team (CeMAP).The brokerage is planning exciting growth in 2021 and is expected to more than double the size of their business via the key appointments of ambitious, confident and driven individuals.The company has excellent relationships with key funders in the market, to include major banks and specialist lenders, to ensure you can support your clients with access to the right mortgage or property loan for them. You role will be to identify and engage with potential clients, understand their needs and preferences through a detailed fact find, and to assist them with introductions to support the pay out of their mortgage or loan.You will benefit from the brokerages excellent initial training and development upon joining. You will be supported by experienced paraplanners and assistant managers whose role is to assist with your workload and to ensure that loans are paid out accurately, and in line with the SLA’s you agree with your client.The business is also directly authorised in terms of compliance, which means you will also benefit from your own on-site’ compliance support and advisory.The residential regulated and commercial property finance teams sit independently of one another in terms of their customer focus, though the brokerage also has a very strong and high yielding referral system between the two businesses, meaning that you can increase your client support and ultimately earnings with whole of market access for your clients.Roles would be office based where you can strategically manage your own diary of appointmentsResidential Mortgage & Protection AdviserCeMAP essential
