If the answer is yes then we have an exciting opportunity for you!Strategic Retention Partner - EducationUp to £55,000 dependent on experienceAccess to a range of benefits includingPrivate Health InsuranceAs a Strategic Retention Partner you will manage the retention bidding process, closing multiple tenders and possible new business proposals to achieve an annual retention target that supports the overall Net Growth target.The Strategic Retention Partner will retain and sell to education clients in the schools sector, across the UK, these can sometimes be complex tender processes and so this role requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple stepsof a process and multiple internal and external stakeholders. In addition a sound commercial understanding, ability to listen and understand client requirements is required to develop winning and deliverable financial proposals.The successful Strategic Retention Partner will:
  • Have previous sales/retention experience and be target focused
  • Knowledge of the education/foodservice sector
  • Be highly literate, numerate and competent in all MS packages
  • Have a proven track record exceeding sales targets
  • Experience managing the end to end sales process
  • Demonstrate the ability to develop and deliver a retention strategy that maximises potential sales and profitability
  • Bid/Tender experience
Experience in the education/foodservice sector and/or operations would be advantageous but not essential
