You will join their specialist eCommerce Department as a Senior Affiliate Executive, where you will playa pivotal role in expanding their affiliate marketing effortsalongside the Affiliate Manager. They are seeking a driven individual with a talent for analytics and relationship-building to help them achieve their ambitious growth targets.If you are looking for a role that welcomes creativity and likes to push the boundaries with innovative ideas, then this is a fantastic time to join this team. You are going to be joining at a key moment as they drive the Affiliate programme andwill playa significant part in theshaping of this function.Key Responsibilities:

Strategically build and manage the UK affiliate portfolio to drive profitability and performance.
Negotiate and optimise affiliate partnerships, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Plan and execute impactful affiliate marketing campaigns for acquisition and retention.
Analyse campaign data to produce actionable insights and report on KPIs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.

Requirements:

Experience of affiliate marketing.
Understanding of affiliate industry standards, commission models, and tracking solutions.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with a willingness to learn new systems.
Experience working in a data-drive role
Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
