Senior or Digital ArtworkerWe are working with a leading global agency who are recruiting for an on-site Digital Artworker to join their on site studio team at a major multinational electronics company in Surrey with a view to specifically focus on their internal and customer facing digital offering.As a member of the onsite studio the Senior Digital Artworker will ensure that all the artwork produced in the studio meets the required high standards of quality, in compliance with the clients specifications and the studio process. You will also be required to complete artworking tasks as necessary.What Youll Do· Perform quality checks on a range of artwork files, ensuring brand guidelines are met· Understand briefs and follow an established QC checklist· Ensure clients copy and layout amends are actioned correctly, using Adobe Acrobat· Compare work against previous versions to detect any unforeseen errors· Annotate PDFs where necessary and liaise with artworkers and Traffic team, ensuring deadlines are met· Artwork documents based on client amends, using InDesign· Proofread copy when requested· Adhere to the companys studio-specific process· Ensure all time is accurately recorded into the Traffic systemWhat Youll Need· A keen eye for detail and strong sense of accuracy· Excellent English skills· Excellent knowledge of standard software· Ability to prioritise urgent jobs and manage time effectively· Confidence to effectively communicate with peers· Ability to work within a team whilst taking personal responsibility· Ability to remain calm under pressure· Keen desire to seek exact information for future useWhat Youll BeCustomer Focused - Going beyond quality, delivery, reliability and consistency.· Innovative -Thinks creatively to ensure business goals are achieved, and takes actions to develop innovative solutions.· Relationship Building - Has the ability to build and maintain a network of business related contacts which will be useful in meeting objectives.· Results Focused -Ensuring you are a finisher as well as a starter.· Team Player -Commitment to the common goal, and a focus on what is best for the business rather than on what suits the individual.· Achievement Drive -Wanting to do the best possible job to improve the performance of the business in the marketplace.· Organisational Awareness -Understands and learns the power that relationships in ones own organisation have.This is a fabulous opportunity for an experienced Creative Artworker to make a massive mark at a world class brand.
