Job Description

Dispatch Assistant / Near Chertsey / £25,000 - £28,000Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy keeping things organisedSyntech are proud to work with our client, a leading manufacturer of innovative equipment, is seeking a highly motivated Dispatch Assistant to join their growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth and efficient running ofour clients warehouse operations.Due to the location of this client, a driving license is essential as the company is inaccessible via public transport routes.Responsibilities:

Process and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently
Maintain accurate inventory control systems
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Prepare and manage shipping documentation for UK and international shipping
Complete basic final inspection on goods before shipment
Assist with warehouse operations as required
Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations

Skills and experience:

Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (Ideally in a manufacturing environment)
Forklift experience is ideal but not essential
Experience with dispatch software is ideal
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
