We are looking for a professional consultative seller, with strong Business Development and Account Management skills to join a leading provider of Market Intelligence Solutions to the B2B Technology market. Candidates should be experienced in selling data, data analytics, content or demand generation programs to CMOs, senior marketers or data insight teams in top technology organizations and are excited in joining our European sales team.The Business Development Director’s role is to develop and grow our strategic engagement with top technology companies to sell Solution portfolio. You are a real hunter with existing relationships in the top technology companies and have successfully performed this role in a similar organization.Job Responsibilities:-Achieve your monthly, quarterly and annual sales bookings targetYour key focus will be business development in net new accounts, but a small number of existing customers might be added to your territory. You will be responsible for not only renewing but also growing these existing client accounts.Identify and meet key decision makers in your given territoryUnderstand your prospects’ challenges regarding data, demand generation and content marketing to present a solutionGrow your network of contacts within your given key accounts, understand their strategies and structures, build an engagement strategyReview existing relationships across the sales teams in your given accounts to leverage opportunitiesBuild Account and territory plansBecome an expert in our products and their value proposition in the marketplace. Manage all stages of the sales process from identification to closure and track progress in SFDCQualifications:-5+ years of demonstrable consultative sales success in a role requiring prospecting, cold-calling, analyzing, and closing new businessMust have experience in selling data, data analytics, content or demand generation services at strategic level and a professional understanding of marketing servicesProven experience in selling solutions to C-level marketersMust be comfortable discussing business value, ROI, marketing strategy and general business conditions; know how sales, marketing, and business development work together to achieve revenue goalsMust be knowledgeable of B2B marketing processesMust have proven success consistently achieving and exceeding sales performance objectivesBringing existing network of contacts in technology organizations, understanding of the tech market would be an advantageExcellent presentation skillsGood at building and maintain relationships with C-level contactsMayflower is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
