Job Description

K-People Europe is a recruitment consultancy specialized in Korean speaking jobs with a dedicated Korean recruitment consultant working in London since 2007.Our client, a global blue chip company, is looking for Korean speaking Executive Assistant who will This role provide full support to VP(Vice President) and the team to ensure the smooth running of the day to day activities in the office.* Official job title is PA to VP[Key Responsibilities](1) Undertaking administrative activities(2) Translating meeting minutes and summarising reports(3) Anticipate problems and recommends a range of solutions(4) Schedule business trips, including logistics(5) Expense management for day-to-day receipts and following VPs business travel(6) Raising approvals(7) Support office management of the team(8) Providing support to the team where issues are identified with systems and processes(9) Maintenance of office supplies(10) Suppliers invoice/legal management(11) Suppliers budget review(12) Weekly reports, Team day preparations(13) Sample management(14) Coordinating team events or conferences(15) Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date(16) Expense claims of senior management members[Requirements](1) Must be fluent in both Korean & English (fluent English is required as the VP is a non-Korean speaker)(2) Must have minimum 3 years relevant office work experience in UK(3) Must have excellent MS Office skills(4) Excellent at dealing with highly sensitive and confidential information showing very high integrity& trust(5) Excellent communication, interpersonal, and managerial skills(6) Problem solving, make decisions and accept responsibility for own actions.(7) Ability to work with different cultures and in cross functional teams(8) Able to work well in a fast paced environment and to tight deadlines[Conditions](1) Job location: Chertsey, Surrey (on-site car park & free shuttle from/to Weybridge rail station)(2) Job type: full-time & ongoing contract(3) Hours of work: 37.5 hour per week (hybrid working: 3 days in the office / 2 days work from home)(4) Basic salary: Up to £40K (depending on experience)(5) Holiday: 25 days plus bank holidays(6) Performance based bonus, access to staff sales discount(7) Government pension auto-enrollment from 12 weeks[Before you apply](1) Korean language skill & relevant work experience in UK are essential(2) The right candidate must be eligible to work full-time in UK immediately without any visa restriction.
