Job Description

HR Data AnalystAs an HR Data Analyst you will play a critical role in the review, management and simplification of HR data to ensure data insights, patterns and trends are the basis for brilliant business decision making.Temporary contract - December 2021Day rate - £200 - £230 per dayKey Deliverables of HR Data Analyst

  • You will have a holistic view on all data touch points across people and finance teams.
  • Navigate complex data to simplify processes and automate where possible.
  • Own the design and development of metrics, reports and dashboards.
  • Analysis and reconciliation of monthly data reports
  • Auditing data
  • Analyse current data practice and make thoughtful recommendations for improvements
  • Collaboration with reward and People teams to align processes and share best practice
  • Understand how to simply communicate and simplify data, making it meaningful for colleagues who aren’t in data roles
  • Essential skills required of HR Data Analyst
  • Logical and Analytical
  • Can cope with a fast paced, highly demanding and challenging business model with changing priorities
  • Strong project management skills
  • Understands HR Data; including fixed, variable pay and benefit data
  • Excellent influencing skills
  • Comprehensive HR Information Systems knowledge, particularly Workday and ability to learn large scale complex organisation structure and systems quickly
  • Advanced Excel and experience of dashboard creation
  • Experience of working with Korean or Japanese cultures advantageous
