Job Description

Business Support Assistant - Korean SpeakingThe purpose of this role is to support administrative tasks helping to drive efficiency across the wider team in order to develop & deliver key strategies to launch new products and also provide secretarial support to the Senior Vice President.Location - Chertsey, SurreySalary - up to £138 - £155 per day PAYETemporary until December 2021 - with a view to extendResponsibilities of Business Support Assistant - Korean Speaking

  • Update and maintain spreadsheets and databases with statistical data
  • Collect and download metrics, and any other relevant data
  • Collate required data and align with subsidiaries on local plans
  • Support the team with ad-hoc projects
  • Manage daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments for the Senior Vice President
  • Provide word-processing and clerical support
  • Manage the Senior Vice President’s schedule by maintaining calendars and arranging meetings, conferences, videoconferences, and business travel
  • Make travel arrangements and process expenses for the Senior Vice President
  • Key competencies ofBusiness Support Assistant - Korean Speaking
  • Good proficiency in English and fluent Korean (spoken and written)
  • Proficient in Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
  • Exquisite communication skills (verbal & written) especially in a highly matrixed organisation
