Job Description

BI Analyst - Chertsey (hybrid)Salary: up to £35,000 (12 month Fixed Term Contract)As a BI Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work with one of the worlds most renowned and esteemed brands. Your role will involve participating in the planning, design, and development of innovative digital solutions for the company.Responsibilities:

  • Assist the senior consultant or consulting group leader in coordinating fieldwork for assignments, including developing project plans, scheduling and preparing for workshops and interviews, gathering documentation, and liaising with client staff.
  • Perform engagement procedures to identify and define issues, review and analyze evidence, and document business processes. Prepare working papers to support procedure results.
  • Independently identify, develop, and document issues and recommendations based on judgment and the areas being reviewed.
  • Coordinate and communicate the results of consulting and internal projects through written reports and oral presentations to management.
  • Address and review all review notes with the consulting team.
  • Participate in drafting reports and present drafts to the senior consultant or manager for review and approval.
  • Undertake related projects and assignments as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in business management within larger corporations or consulting firms (Top 3, Deloitte, KPMG, E&Y, etc.).
  • Experience in developing proposals for prospective clients.
  • Knowledge and experience in supporting the administration of a management consulting practice.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work overtime and flexible hours during peak periods.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues and clients.
  • Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of the Korean language is considered an asset.
