Job Description

Job Title: Accounts managerSalary: from GBP 30,000 to GBP 35,000Work hours: full timeLocation: Chertsey, SurreyDuration: PermanentEmployer: Samsung Hospitality UK LtdCompany and job information: As a Company we have many divisions, mainly business travel management and relocation services. Due to global business expansion, we currently, urgently need a Accounts manager to expand our current business from within Samsung Group companies to Multinational companies. By doing so, we aim to bring leading Korean business solutions to the UK and Europe. Knowing Asian culture, especially Korean culture and language, will greatly enhance our business scope in Korea, UK and Europe.Job Description:

  1. Examine and analyse financial information
  2. Takes responsibility for the efficient and effective operation of business accounts.
  3. Prepare month end and year end reports.
  4. Cash flow management.
  5. Prepare VAT returns.
  6. Prepare all relevant financial reports.
  7. Budgeting & forecasting.
  8. Analyse current accounting systems, making suggestions for enhancements where needed.
  9. Carries out and/or supervises general accounting and administrative work.
  10. Collaborate with sales team to identify grow opportunities within territory.
  11. Present findings (written and verbal) to Directors
  12. Prepare reports on accounts status.
Skills and experience: i) Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager,Junior Account Manager or relevant role.ii) Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance or relevant fieldiii) Fluent in both English and Korean.iv) Strong leadership and project management skills (goal-setting, organization, and implementation) andworking independently and as a team.v) Possesses good confident negotiating skills.vi) Good knowledge of Korean culture.vii) Good knowledge of Excel and Word.viii) Good knowledge of business development of Korean travel & service companies._______________________________Thank you for your interest.
