Acting as an internal consultant youll provide expert advice, supporting and challenging where needed, to foster a learning organisation culture where virtual, experiential and social learning are part of the norm. We are looking for individuals that can bring strong experience and expert knowledge in the areas of leadership and management development and/or strengthening the adoption of new learning strategies in a complex organisation (through knowledge management, learning campaigns, designing bespoke learning or curating resources).For further information and to view the Organisational Development and Talent Management Information Pack please view the full advert on the Working for Essex website.Knowledge, Skills and ExperienceYoull need a strong understanding of leading-edge learning and development theories and methods, and the ability to apply them in a large, complex organisation. Educated to degree level or equivalent experience, youll also need experience of planning, delivering and evaluating learning and development interventions. Whatever your professional background, were looking for a proven track record of creating learning solutions for a variety of different audiences. This could include experiential learning, social learning, online content curation and creation, interaction design, learner user journeys, user experience and testing. Ideally, you will have experience of designing and building online content using different media (bite size videos, animations, infographics, eLearning authoring tools…) On a personal level, were also looking for the ability to work with a wide variety of partners and stakeholders, influence thinking and strong collaborative mindset.
