Job Description

We are helping a forward-thinking umbrella company find a positive and engaging Customer Service Advisor to join their vibrant team based in Bramhall.This role offers an excellent base salary of £23,500 plus a considerable bonus after 12 months. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:
  • Handle incoming phone and email enquiries in a knowledgeable, courteous, and professional way
  • Prioritise the needs of employees and customers in all decisions
  • Help colleagues with projects and administrative tasks
  • Deliver outstanding customer care and deal with enquiries efficiently
  • Answer high volumes of calls from existing customers, employees, and subcontractors
  • Resolve issues on payments and tax
The ideal Customer Service Advisor will have:
  • At least a 1 year background working in a telephone-based environment
  • Outstanding communication and organisational skills
  • A caring attitude
  • A proactive approach to customer care
  • The ability to build sincere relationships quickly via telephone and email
