Sales and Logistics Co-ordinator Days - Tuesday - Saturday Our client is an impressive business in the food manufacturing sector and they are looking for a Sales and Logistics Co-Ordinator to join them. This is an impressive operation involving importing and exporting perishable goods daily to supply major retailers.Duties and responsibilities but not limited to *Stock allocating to customer programmes and ad hoc orders *Liaise with service providers on the arrivals, deliveries, of containers and FGA reference numbers.*Co-ordinate confirmed orders with Administration Assistance to raise sales orders in ERP system, sending sales order confirmations to customers, services providers and internal personnel.*Transport booking with UK hauliers for transits from warehouses to customers*Pricing of sales orders.*Chasing outstanding prices with either the customer or commercial.*Assisting with export / import documentation *Keeping the database fully up-to-date, with customer, supplier and service provider information.*FGAs first contact for daily communications with external Warehouses / Service Providers The successful candidate must be capable of working on their own initiative, have excellent communication skills and have a "can do" approach to problem-solving.For more information and a copy of the full job description please apply now
