Job Description

Our client now looking for a Childrens Residential Support Worker to join their busy team in Chatteris, Cambridge!You will be part of a small, dedicated, passionate, and inclusive team who all work extremely hard to ensure that the welfare of the young people they support is promoted and that they are safeguarded from harm.Their Residential Support Workers provide key working to those in care, providing them with a warm and nurturing environment as part of a caring and focussed team.Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 a yearWorking Hours: Shifts of 8am to 10:30pm, then sleeping in at the home, then a morning breakfast shift from 7am to 8:30amChildrens Residential Support Worker Requirements:

  • Driving Licence
  • GCSE or equivalent
  • 1 year experience in Residential Childcare
  • 1 year experience within a Support Environment
  • NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (Desirable, but not essential)
