Job Description

The Marketing Partnerships department is responsible for commercial brand partnerships across the Live Nation family. As part of the continual success within the department, we are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to work across the delivery of our partner marketing rights with festivals and event stakeholders, reporting into the Digital Specialist.The post holder will be responsible for managing all marketing documents, schedules and the delivery of all contracted marketing activity for partners, working with the Partnerships Account Management team and the Event Marketing Teams.Excellent attention to detail will be second nature to the successful hire, with experience of managing marketing schedules and working across variety of marketing channels, including both digital and traditional media. The Marketing Coordinator will always need to be aware of upcoming deadlines and outstanding marketing activity that needs to be fulfilled for our partners, flagging potential issues early and reminding internal and external contacts of any urgent actions.We are looking for someone who is proactive and can take responsibility of the day to day partner marketing processes. A good communicator is required, as there will be some client interaction with important partners, as well as regular liaison with internal departments and stakeholders. The right candidate will also be comfortable hitting deadlines consistently and handling ad hoc client requests quickly.Live Nation is part of Live Nation Entertainment, one of the largest live entertainment company in the world, consisting of five businesses: concert promotion and venue operations, sponsorship, ticketing solutions, eCommerce and artist management.   • Delivery of partner marketing activity
  • Coordination with event marketing teams, internal departments and partners
  • Compile all marketing deliverables, materials and actions
  • Manage marketing documents and schedules
  • Keep track of upcoming deadlines
  • Arrange efficient delivery of partner marketing rights
  • Internal liaison with event marketing teams and the Partnerships team
  • Schedule marketing content for event websites, email newsletters, mobile apps, print, etc.
  • Collect stats for reports on partners marketing results
  • REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience managing a variety of marketing channels and content - preference will be given to experience gained in the entertainment or music industry
  • Track record of working in a process heavy role, where attention to detail and exceptional admin skills were paramount
  • An analytical mind
