Job Description

HR Coordinator (21 hours) - Permanent - Central LondonMy client, an organisation providing expertise and leadership in sustainable development at local, national and global levels; is seeking a HR Coordinator to provide a comprehensive HR administration and coordinating service in support of the staff and HR team.Key responsibilities:Administration

  • Provide administrative support to HR colleagues - organising meetings and attending and taking minutes as required.
  • Carry out background research to support HR colleagues in the implementation of policy reviews and HR projects.
  • Provide support to Head of HR as needed.
  • Reconcile the HR Team monthly expense report.
  • Work in conjunction with HR Advisor on payroll related matters as necessary including tracking staff changes that effect payroll, liaison with external Employee Benefit Administrator and Finance to resolve any issues and answering pay or other related queries.
  • Administer Pension scheme and liaise with the external Employee Benefit Administrator; Upload monthly pension data into Pension provider
