Reed HR are working with a Public Sector body based in Central London to recruit a HR Advisor on a Fixed Term Contract basis for 12-months. Salary will be circa £29,000 to £34,000 per annum. This job will operate on a hybrid working model with days workedboth in the office and from home each week.The main purpose of this job will be to provide a quick and efficient first line HR service to the assigned client group. You will support with all administrative aspects, overseeing and reporting on attendance, training, policy processes and any adhoc queriesas required.Some of the roles and responsibilities of this job are as follows:- Respond to queries received on the HR Service Desk in a professional and timely manner to agreed SLAs, only escalating more complex issues when necessary- Manage payroll inputs as required with the support of the wider HR team.- Liaise with external training providers, dealing with any course bookings and queries, as well as ensuring attendance and creating reports- Act as first point of contact for any queries on the HR shared service line, escalating as necessary.- Input data accurately and provide up to date management information via reports- Complete ad-hoc assignments and discrete pieces of work as requested to a high standard across the whole range of HR ServicesThis is a professional and demanding HR Advisor role, and to be successful it is ideal that you have experience with managing a Generalist HR workload and have an interest in Professional Training.This organisation offers a fantastic salary and benefits package, as well as good development opportunities for the right candidate.
