Job Description

  • Generate leads through content to supply the sales team
    • The Role: Reporting directly to the CEO, this copywriter will have autonomy to create organic content and generate leads. The Copywriter will be responsible for creating and driving the content strategy, take ownership over blogs, research, write and edit multi-channel content. The successful applicant must be a strong and competent copywriter and have hands on experience of copywriting and strategy development. The successful candidate will most likely have worked for a technology business that has targeted the IT and tech sectors. This role forms an integral part of an aspirational business: you will need to be hungry, driven and commercial.Responsibilities for the copywriter include:
  • Creating a broad range of technical content forms - infographics, blogs, white papers, web-copy
  • Strategically using SEO to drive the companys content to the top of Google search
  • Work closely with Senior Marketing and Design stakeholders to ensure content is optimised for SEO
  • Reinforces the digital strategy to increase traffic and engagement in order to generate leads
  • Work directly with the Marketing and Design team to deliver content that is personalized to our core audiences
  • Working with the sales team and small team of expert developers to deliver multi-channel technical content
  • Copywriting for all marketing channels
  • Editing and updating content on the website
    • To be considered for the Copywriter role, you must have:4+years experience from a B2B technology background
  • An ability to be an excellent storyteller
  • A comprehensive knowledge SEOs best practices for web copy
  • Knowledge in leading content marketing in B2B - from editorial to production
  • Understanding of creating style guides and curating the brands tone of voice
  • Excellent written English skills, with panache and a passion for writing
