Job Description

XCL Group are working alongside a growing company who are looking for people to join them at a large manufacturing site in South Yorkshire. this opportunity offers the potential of long term employment they are looking for hard working and reliable individuals to become an key part of their manufacturing departments.Job Responsibilities:

Running of manufacturing machines making building products.

Packing & inspection of finished parts and recording production out-put.

Using hand tools to finish off products.

Reporting any faults to quality / supervisors.

Past experience of running / operating machines would be essential for this job role. some of the parts and stock may be heavy so the role could involve heavy lifting and will be on your feet throughout your shift. The successful person will also need to have their own PPE (safety boots / high vis vest / facemask)Shift patterns will vary depending on which department you join but you will be expected to work 2 weeks on days and 2 weeks on nights with 48 hours each week.With the potential of going direct with the client after 12 weeks this is a great opportunity to become an integral part of a busy manufacturing site and an increased hourly rate once directly employed.
