Their highly skilled team in South and West Yorkshire, Fife and the West Midlands have helped to position them as the market leader it is today exporting globally.We are working together to find a highly flexible, trained to Level 3, keen to learn, electrically biased Maintenance Engineer.Essential Skills & Attributes for the role* Level 3 Apprenticeship trained in Electrical Maintenance Engineering* Knowledge of PLCs, not necessarily programming* A forward thinker with a logical and process driven approach to problem solving * Proven experience of working from technical drawings* A strong and flexible work ethic with a thirst to learn* Live locally to Barnsley* A team player yet keen and able to work on own initiative* 70:30 Electrical/Mechanical* Experience in the plastics industry an advantageJob PurposeTo work with the Engineering Team to carry out both planned and preventative maintenance, installations and repairs in order to ensure the objectives of the business are met.You will be a self-motivated individual capable of working on your own or as part of a team.
