Job Description

Waters Concierge Travel Sales Consultant - A Franchise of Dial A Flight ConciergeDo you enjoy building relationships and are you passionate about travel and salesThe role is an exciting opportunity for someone with the correct experience to join the start of the journey by joining a franchise branch. Although this is a relatively new franchise, the business model and company we work with has been in the industryfor 41 years and still going strong.It is the best of both worlds as you will be joining an agile business with a start up culture and benefit from the rapid career progression that comes with this, whilst utilizing the market leading presence of the Dial A Flight brand.We are looking for an individual who can help grow the business utilising our existing clients and bringing on new clients. Tasks will include projects to generate new leads as well as using the existing methods to gain business. It would be preferred ifthe candidate has previous experience in travel and have basic product knowledge.The role will be office based to begin with, flexible working will then be optional. From adventure travel to private jets, we offer hand picked itineraries across the globe to leisure and corporate clients.As a company we are sales driven so there are many incentives, benefits and bonus rewards.You will be responsible for establishing the clients wants and needs, maximising the potential in every trip.Tasks

  • Generating new leads using social media and networking
  • Dealing with existing customers and maintaining relationships
  • Reaching financial targets and KPIs
  • Research of travel options in multiple ways to get the best price and meet customer needs
  • Research and study customers specifications and requirements
  • Work as part of a small team
  • Managing travel bookings from enquiry to completion
  • Liaise with other departments for assistance
  • Building a wide and effective network of contacts inside and outside the organisation
  • Working productively in a pressurised sales environment
Requirements
  • Knowledge of major global destinations and travel products
  • Passion for sales and targets
  • Goal oriented
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • GDS experience (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills in person and email
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Friendly telephone manner
